These terms govern the use of the platform for the assessment, planning, and monitoring of strategic corporate projects. They apply to all management teams that use our consulting services. The platform serves as a digital tool for managing initiatives—from the initial risk assessment to the final milestone reporting.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the project data, budget figures, and risk assessments you submit. Access credentials must be treated as confidential. We expect you to document changes to milestones or financial figures promptly so that the overviews remain reliable for all parties involved.
Our consulting is based on the current status of the information you provide. We assume no liability for decisions based on incomplete or late-reported data. The KPI evaluations and risk profiles provided serve as a decision-making basis but do not replace a final legal or financial review.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise. We are liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss only in cases of intent or gross negligence. This limitation does not apply in the event of injury to life, limb, or health.
You may terminate your use of the platform at any time by notifying us in writing via email. We reserve the right to terminate access if contractual obligations are repeatedly violated or if there are justified indications of misuse of the platform. Consulting services already provided remain unaffected by this.
We adjust these terms when legal framework conditions or the scope of functions of the platform change. We will notify you of significant changes by email to the address on file. If you do not object to the change within six weeks, it will be deemed accepted.
