Yes, we reserve weekly slots for status meetings with executives. Appointments are individually tailored to the rhythm of your project – typically as a weekly brief update or a monthly steering committee. Our assistant team handles the coordination.
For an initial assessment, a brief project description, the current project structure plan, and the most recently used status reports are sufficient. If no structured documentation exists yet, we conduct an orientation meeting and jointly define the relevant control parameters.
For ongoing engagements, you will receive a dedicated contact person from our consulting team. Communication takes place via defined escalation paths established at the start of the project. Regular reviews document progress, open items, and decision requirements for management.
An overview of typical questions regarding project assessment, KPI definition, and risk management can be found in the FAQ section of this page. If not all points are covered there, please contact us directly – we regularly update the collection.
